I had the opportunity to work with Peter Liedstrand during his time as a Sales Engineer/Presales at Billogram. Since the role was new to the company, there were some challenges, but I think Peter approached them in a structured and solution-oriented way. 

 

One of his key contributions was defining and establishing the Sales Engineering function at Billogram and also setting up the SE process in Salesforce, which helped improve workflows. Peter built up an understanding of the Billogram product and helped share this knowledge within the sales organisation acting as a bridge between Product, Professional Services and Sales. I had the pleasure of working with Peter while trying to build out the sales team at Konstrukt. It was a period of intense learning with lot's of trial and error and Peter showed both a consistently positive mindset and willingness to try new things out which I much appreciated. Peter Liedstrand has been working in Entraction’s IT department during the period August 2004 – May 2010. Peter has had various tasks and responsibilities including software developer and user experience specialist and for the past two years Peter has mainly worked as the Head of Partner Production and member of the IT management team. The main responsibilities of the Partner Production team are white labeling of Entraction’s game clients and customer web sites. The white labeling work is a complex process with many stake holders inside and outside the company and Peter has had a leading role in establishing and improving processes and technical solutions. Peter’s work was crucial for making Entraction’s Turnkey business model successful.  

 

As the head of Partner Production and member of the IT management team, Peter was required to have a mix of skills such as people management skills, communication and coordination skills, user interface and user interaction skills, software development skills, good technical knowledge about efficient branding of game clients and web sites, ability to improve processes and to evaluate and introduce tool support. 

 

Peter established and maintained a good team spirit in his team and as a member of the IT management team Peter has performed various management tasks such as IT staff recruitment and introduction. 

 

Peter has performed his duties independently with energy, skill and excellent results and he has been highly appreciated by his colleagues.
