For the past 20+ years, I have been working with the internet and its various technologies. It's been a diverse journey, starting as a web developer (both front-end and back-end). However, I have worked on everything from SaaS, iPaaS, cloud solutions to complex solutions in an on-premises environment.

 

I have both developed and sold web services based on REST or SOAP, as well as traditional file transfers in Integration projects, Business Intelligence, or, for example, iPaaS solutions for budgeting and forecasting. In other projects, it may involve invoicing and payment solutions.

People & Learnability

Understanding and being able to work with people has been and continues to be one of my cornerstones, starting from my studies in social behavior and ethnography at university. Already then, I gained an understanding of how effective organizations could become by being able to convey and empower people with the latest trends, ranging from positioning products to solving complex problems.

 

But also, how one can acquire new knowledge individually and enable other colleagues or partners around technical solutions. I learned early on that the only constant is change, and both I and those around me need to adapt to that situation. 

Sale | Presale

When it comes to sales, I have always been in a supporting role for salespeople (since 2007), but I have also worked as a salesperson and account manager. I have consistently been the one who often translates complex technical/software products and engages in value-based discussions with both management and deeply technical individuals.

 

I have worked in Solution selling, which is based on value, and in recent years, I have often used MEDDIC, the most renowned Sales Methodology. I am highly experienced in working with various salespeople or roles within sales with the goal of helping close deals and achieving a technical win.
